Whenthey begansingingand praising,the LORDsetambushesagainstthe sonsof Ammon,Moaband MountSeir,who had comeagainst Judah;so they were routed.
Then the Levites,Jeshua,Kadmiel,Bani,Hashabneiah,Sherebiah,Hodiah,Shebaniah[and] Pethahiah,said,"Arise,blessthe LORDyour Godforeverand ever!O may Your gloriousnamebe blessedAnd exaltedaboveallblessingand praise!
Whocan speakof the mightydeedsof the LORD,Or can showforth allHis praise?
I shall liftup the cupof salvationAnd callupon the nameof the LORD.
To You I shall offera sacrificeof thanksgiving,And callupon the nameof the LORD.
BecauseHe has inclinedHis earto me, Therefore I shall call[upon Him] as longas I live.
Then I calledupon the nameof the LORD:"O LORD,I beseechYou, savemy life!"

Thispoormancried,and the LORDheardhim And savedhim out of allhis troubles.
Greatis the LORD,and greatlyto be praised,In the cityof our God,His holymountain.
Callupon Me in the dayof trouble;I shall rescueyou, and you will honorMe."
As for me, I shall callupon God,And the LORDwill saveme.
Thenmy enemieswill turnbackin the daywhen I call;ThisI know,that Godis for me.
Singthe gloryof His name;MakeHis praiseglorious.
For greatis the LORDand greatlyto be praised;He is to be fearedaboveallgods.
