The king'swrathis like the roaringof a lion,But his favoris like dewon the grass.

"Proud,""Haughty,""Scoffer,"are his names,Who actswith insolentpride.
[Like] a citythat is brokeninto [and] withoutwallsIs a manwhohasnocontrolover his spirit.
