So [he made] twodoorsof olivewood,and he carvedon them carvingsof cherubim,palmtrees,and openflowers,and overlaidthem with gold;and he spreadthe goldon the cherubimand on the palmtrees.
There was cedaron the housewithin,carved[in the shape] of gourdsand openflowers;allwas cedar,therewas nostoneseen.
Also in the innersanctuaryhe madetwocherubimof olivewood,each tencubitshigh.
Then he carvedallthe wallsof the houseroundaboutwith carvedengravingsof cherubim,palmtrees,and openflowers,innerand outer[sanctuaries].
For the entranceof the innersanctuaryhe madedoorsof olivewood,the lintel[and] five-sideddoorposts.
Soalso he madefor the entranceof the navefour-sideddoorpostsof olivewood
and the snuffers,the bowls,the spoonsand the firepansof puregold;and the entranceof the house,its innerdoorsfor the holyof holiesand the doorsof the house,[that is], of the nave,of gold.
[There were] shutteredwindows[looking] towardthe guardrooms,and towardtheir sidepillarswithinthe gateallaround,and likewisefor the porches.And [there were] windowsallaroundinside;and on [each] sidepillar[were] palmtreeornaments.
It was carvedwith cherubimand palmtrees;and a palmtreewas betweencheruband cherub,and every cherubhad twofaces,
