"For thussaysthe LORDGodof Israel,The bowlof flourshall not be exhausted,norshall the jarof oilbe empty,untilthe daythat the LORDsendsrainon the faceof the earth.'"
Then Elijahsaidto her, "Do not fear;go,doas you have said,but makeme a littlebreadcakefrom it firstand bring[it] out to me, and afterwardyou may make[one] for yourself and for your son.
So she wentand didaccording to the wordof Elijah,and she and he and her householdatefor [many] days.
"It shall be that you will drinkof the brook,and I have commandedthe ravensto providefor you there."
He said,"Thussaysthe LORD,'Makethisvalleyfullof trenches.'
Then Elishasaid,"Listento the wordof the LORD;thussaysthe LORD,Tomorrowabout this timea measureof fineflourwill be [sold] for a shekel,and two measuresof barleyfor a shekel,in the gateof Samaria.'"
He aroseand wentinto the house,and he pouredthe oilon his headand saidto him, "Thussaysthe LORD,the Godof Israel,I have anointedyou kingoverthe peopleof the LORD,[even] overIsrael.
a womancameto Him with an alabaster vialof very costlyperfume,and she pouredit on His headas He reclined[at the table].
