Then You spoke in a vision to Your kind one, And You said, “I have given help to one who is mighty, I have exalted one chosen from the people.


“Both you and these people with you shall certainly wear yourselves out. For the matter is too heavy for you. You are not able to do it by yourself.


To the one we are the smell of death to death, and to the other the fragrance of life to life. And who is competent for these?


Not that we are competent in ourselves to reckon any matter as from ourselves, but our competence is from Elohim,


‘יהוה  Elohim of your fathers is going to add to you a thousand times more than you are, and bless you as He has spoken to you!


‘Choose men, wise and understanding, and known to your tribes, and let me appoint them as your heads.’
