But Jesus, knowing about it, said to them, "Why are you reasoning because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive or understand? Is your heart still hardened?


And He said to them, "Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts?


And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, "Who is this [Man ]who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins except God alone?"


Which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, 'Arise and walk'?


But Peter said, "Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart [for] you to lie to the Holy Spirit, and [for ]you to keep back for yourself from the price of the land?


For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intentions of the heart.


I will kill her children by death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works.
