These therefore are the chief men of the province, who dwelt in Jerusalem, and in the cities of Juda. And every one dwelt in his possession, in their cities: Israel, the priests, the Levites, the Nathinites, and the children of the servants of Solomon.


7 And I rebuked the chief men of Juda, and said to them: What is this evil thing that you are doing, profaning the sabbath day?


Whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity.


0 But now thou hast cast us off, and put us to shame : and thou, O God, wilt not go out with our armies.


6 In the churches bless ye God the Lord, from the fountains of Israel.


3 And the next day Moses sat, to judge the people, who stood by Moses from morning until night.


2 Therefore I will do these things to thee, O Israel: and after I shall have done these things to thee, be prepared to meet thy God, O Israel.


8 And you shall return, and shall see the difference between the just and the wicked: and between him that serveth God, and him that serveth him not.


6 Then they that feared the Lord spoke every one with his neighbour: and the Lord gave ear, and heard it: and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that fear the Lord, and think on his name.

2 Even as the roe and the hart is eaten, so shalt thou eat them: both the clean and unclean shall eat of them alike.


8 The third year thou shalt separate another tithe of all things that grow to thee at that time, and shalt lay it up within thy gates.


And there shall be no poor nor beggar among you: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in the land which he will give thee in possession.


And they all came out with their troops, a people exceeding numerous as the sand that is on the sea shore, their horses also and chariots a very great multitude,
