4 You have heard the blasphemy. What think you? Who all condemned him to be guilty of death.


But I tell you the truth: it is expedient to you that I go: for if I go not, the Paraclete will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.


2 There, therefore, because of the parasceve of the Jews, they laid Jesus, because the sepulchre was nigh at hand.


3 Writing by their hands: The apostles and ancients, brethren, to the brethren of the Gentiles that are at Antioch, and in Syria and Cilicia, greeting.


4 For we are saved by hope. But hope that is seen, is not hope. For what a man seeth, why doth he hope for?


So that on the contrary, you should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow.


1 Fit you in all goodness, that you may do his will; doing in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom is glory for ever and ever. Amen.


3 For God making promise to Abraham, because he had no one greater by whom he might swear, swore by himself,


But before all things have a constant mutual charity among yourselves: for charity covereth a multitude of sins.


8 We know that whosoever is born of God, sinneth not: but the generation of God preserveth him, and the wicked one toucheth him not.
