I've found that God can turn my tears into dancing, replacing my pain with joy so that I can live with a happy heart. Life throws curveballs, no doubt, but I see those challenges as opportunities to lean on God, to truly know Him, and to live confidently in His powerful love.

So, I encourage you to smile. Laugh! Show whatever you're facing that you are more than a conqueror through Christ. Let joy fill you because of what the Lord is going to do in your life. Don't get bogged down in what's happening right now. Your joy will be restored, and you'll be able to laugh about the future because you have hope in the Lord, the One who lifts you up, sustains you, and never leaves your side.

Laugh, even if you're alone. Let your laughter ring out and confuse those things that try to bring you down. Even when things are tough, remember your Creator won't leave you on the ground. He'll lift you up, fight for you, give you victory, and help you break free from pain and fear.

You'll find your mouth filled with laughter, constantly praising His greatness, and your eyes will continue to see His goodness in this life.

While He fills your mouth with laughter, and your lips with rejoicing,

I said of laughter, “It is madness,” and of rejoicing, “What does it do?”

He who is sitting in the heavens laughs, יהוה mocks at them.

At destruction and at starvation you laugh, and you have no fear of the beasts of the earth.

Clubs are reckoned as straw, he laughs at the rattle of a lance.

יהוה laughs at him, For He sees that his day is coming.

Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to dejection.

Then our mouth shall be filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing, Then shall they say among the nations, “יהוה has done great deeds for them.”

But You, יהוה, laugh at them, You mock all the nations.

And Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my master being old too?”And יהוה said to Aḇraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I truly have a child, since I am old?’Is any matter too hard for יהוה? At the appointed time I am going to return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah is to have a son.But Sarah denied it, saying, “I did not laugh,” for she was afraid. And He said, “No, but you did laugh!”

“Blessed are you who hunger now, because you shall be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, because you shall laugh.

a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

“Let me also laugh at your calamity, Mock when your dread comes,

Sorrow is better than laughter, for by the sadness of the face the heart becomes better.

And let the righteous see and fear, And laugh at him, saying,

Even in laughter the heart is in pain, And the end of that joy is heaviness.

And Sarah said, “Elohim has made me laugh, and everyone who hears of it laughs with me.”

For as the crackling of thorns under a pot, so is the laughter of a fool. That too is futile.

A rejoicing heart causes good healing, But a stricken spirit dries the bones.

Strength and splendour are her garments, And she rejoices in time to come.

You show me the path of life; In Your presence is joy to satisfaction; At Your right hand are pleasures forever.

Those sowing in tears, shall reap with songs of joy.

“For with joy you go out, and with peace you are brought in – the mountains and the hills break forth into singing before you, and all the trees of the field clap the hands.

Blessed are the people who have it so; Blessed are the people whose Elohim is יהוה!

You have put more gladness in my heart, Than in the season that their grain and wine increased.

He who goes on and weeps, Bearing seed for sowing, Shall indeed come in with rejoicing, Bearing his sheaves.

A man could do no better but to eat and drink, and enjoy himself in his labour! That too, I saw, was from the hand of Elohim.

Further, when Elohim has given any man riches and wealth, and permitted him to enjoy them, and to receive his portion and rejoice in his labour, this is a gift of Elohim.Do not be hasty with your mouth, and let not your heart hurry to bring forth a word before Elohim. For Elohim is in the heavens, and you on earth, therefore let your words be few.Though it not be much, let him remember the days of his life, because Elohim bears witness by the gladness of his heart.

Therefore I praised enjoyment, because there is no good to man except to eat, and to drink, and to rejoice – and it remains with him in his labour for the days of his life which Elohim has given him under the sun.

Go, eat your bread with joy, and drink your wine with a glad heart; for Elohim has already approved your works.Let your garments be white at all times, and let your head lack no oil.See life with the wife whom you love all the days of your futile life which He has given you under the sun, all your days of futility. For that is your share in life, and in your toil which you have laboured under the sun.

to appoint unto those who mourn in Tsiyon: to give them embellishment for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. And they shall be called trees of righteousness, a planting of יהוה, to be adorned.

“But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; for look, I create Yerushalayim a rejoicing, and her people a joy.“And I shall rejoice in Yerushalayim, and shall joy in My people, and let the voice of weeping no more be heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

“יהוה your Elohim in your midst, is mighty to save. He rejoices over you with joy, He is silent in His love, He rejoices over you with singing.”

These words I have spoken to you, so that My joy might be in you, and that your joy might be complete.

“Until now you have asked naught in My Name. Ask, and you shall receive, in order that your joy might be complete.

“And now I come to You. And I speak these words in the world, so that they have My joy completed in them.

Restore to me the joy of Your deliverance, And uphold me, Noble Spirit!

Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes him glad.

יהוה is my strength, and my shield; My heart has trusted in Him, and I have been helped; Therefore my heart exults, And with my song I thank Him.

Be glad in יהוה and exult, you righteous; And shout for joy, all you upright in heart!

You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have torn off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,So that esteem might praise You and not be silent. O יהוה my Elohim, I thank You forever.

Rejoice and be glad, because your reward in the heavens is great. For in this way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

And his master said to him, ‘Well done, good and trustworthy servant. You were trustworthy over a little, I shall set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’ ”

Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.

For the reign of Elohim is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Set-apart Spirit.

A glad heart makes good a face, But by sorrow of heart the spirit is stricken.

All the days of the afflicted are evil, But gladness of heart is a continual feast.

The light of the eyes rejoices the heart, A good report gives marrow to the bones.

To do right-ruling is joy to the righteous, But ruin to the workers of wickedness.

An evil man is ensnared by transgression, But the righteous sings and rejoices.

Rejoice in יהוה always, again I say, rejoice!

Rejoice always,

יהוה shall reign. The earth rejoices. Many isles are glad!

This is the day יהוה has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Serve יהוה with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.

The righteous look forward to joy, But the expectancy of the wrong ones perish.

And you shall draw water with joy from the fountains of deliverance.

You shall increase the nation; You shall make its joy great. They shall rejoice before You, as in the joy of harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.

Your words were found, and I ate them, and Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart. For Your Name is called on me, O יהוה Elohim of hosts.

But the righteous are glad, They exult before Elohim. And they rejoice with gladness.

For You have made me rejoice with Your work, O יהוה, I shout for joy at the works of Your hands.

“I say to you that in the same way there shall be more joy in the heaven over one sinner repenting, than over ninety-nine righteous ones who need no repentance.

I say to you, in the same way there is joy in the presence of the messengers of Elohim over one sinner repenting.

“Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, for look, your reward is great in the heaven, for that is how their fathers treated the prophets.

And the Elohim of expectation fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you overflow with expectation by the power of the Set-apart Spirit.

whom having not seen, you love; in whom you exult with unspeakable and esteemed joy, yet not seeing, but believing,

And we write this to you in order that your joy might be complete.

In fact, even if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the offering and service of your belief, I am glad and rejoice with you all.So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.

Let Yisra’ĕl rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Tsiyon exult in their Sovereign.

And יהושע said to them, “Are the friends of the bridegroom able to mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days shall come when the bridegroom is taken away from them, and then they shall fast.

And see, they were bringing to Him a paralytic lying on a bed. And יהושע, seeing their belief, said to the paralytic, “Take courage, son, your sins have been forgiven.”

Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my boasting on your behalf. I have been filled with encouragement, I overflow with joy in all our pressure.

I greatly rejoice in יהוה, my being exults in my Elohim. For He has put garments of deliverance on me, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

“Then shall a maiden rejoice in a dance, and young men and old, together. And I shall turn their mourning to joy, and shall comfort them, and shall make them rejoice from their sorrow,

For our heart does rejoice in Him, For we have put our trust in His set-apart Name.

But let my own being exult in יהוה; Let it rejoice in His deliverance.

Your witnesses are my inheritance forever, For they are the joy of my heart.

When יהוה turns back the captivity of Tsiyon, We shall be like dreamers.Then our mouth shall be filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing, Then shall they say among the nations, “יהוה has done great deeds for them.”יהוה shall do great deeds for us, We shall be glad.

“Truly, truly, I say to you that you shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice. And you shall be grieved, but your grief shall become joy.

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, Sweet to the being, and healing to the bones.

And let the ransomed of יהוה return. And they shall come to Tsiyon with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. Let them attain joy and gladness; sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

And the taught ones were filled with joy and the Set-apart Spirit.

as sad, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet enriching many; as having none, and yet possessing all.

Do not exult when your enemy falls, And let not your heart rejoice when he stumbles;

And Dawiḏ danced before יהוה with all his might. Then he said to them, “Go, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom none is prepared. For this day is set-apart to our Master. Do not be sad, for the joy of יהוה is your strength.”

For You have been my help, And in the shadow of Your wings I sing.

And the peace of Elohim, which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your hearts and minds through Messiah יהושע.

And the ransomed of יהוה shall return and enter Tsiyon with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Then you shall certainly delight in the Almighty, and lift up your face to Eloah,

But let all who take refuge in You rejoice; Let them ever shout for joy, because You shelter them; And let those who love Your Name exult in You.

speaking to each other in psalms and songs of praise and spiritual songs, singing and striking the strings in your heart to the Master,And walk in love, as Messiah also has loved us, and gave Himself for us, a gift and an offering to Elohim for a sweet-smelling fragrance.giving thanks always for all to Elohim the Father, in the Name of our Master יהושע Messiah,

Prayer
