For the spoiling of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, Now will I arise, saith the LORD; I will set him in safety at whom they puff.
And in thy lovingkindness cut off mine enemies, And destroy all them that afflict my soul; For I am thy servant.
He rescueth me from mine enemies: Yea, thou liftest me up above them that rise up against me: Thou deliverest me from the violent man.
The LORD answer thee in the day of trouble; The name of the God of Jacob set thee up on high;
Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me; For my soul taketh refuge in thee: Yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I take refuge, Until these calamities be overpast.
Do ye indeed in silence speak righteousness? Do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
