He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it was dried up: So he led them through the depths, as through a wilderness.


Then the channels of waters appeared, And the foundations of the world were laid bare, At thy rebuke, O LORD, At the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.


The voice of thy thunder was in the whirlwind; The lightnings lightened the world: The earth trembled and shook.


When he made firm the sides above: When the fountains of the deep became strong:


And he awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
