For as often as I speak, I cry out; I cry, Violence and spoil: because the word of the LORD is made a reproach unto me, and a derision, all the day.
To whom shall I speak and testify, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of the LORD is become unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
And he said, Woe unto you lawyers also! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers.
Woe unto you lawyers! for ye took away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered.
But the Pharisees and the lawyers rejected for themselves the counsel of God, being not baptized of him.
The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that its works are evil.
Those of the Pharisees which were with him heard these things, and said unto him, Are we also blind?
