Then was our mouth filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing: Then said they among the nations, The LORD hath done great things for them.
Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Then shall Jacob rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: Feed them also, and bear them up for ever.
God be merciful unto us, and bless us, And cause his face to shine upon us; Selah
For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah; And they shall abide there, and have it in possession.
Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
