So they fled away in the twilight and forsook their tents, their horses, and their asses, leaving the camp as it was, and fled for their lives.


Therefore my loins are filled with anguish; pangs have seized me, like the pangs of a woman in travail; I am bowed down so that I cannot hear, I am dismayed so that I cannot see.


Then the king's color changed, and his thoughts alarmed him; his limbs gave way, and his knees knocked together.


The pangs of childbirth come for him, but he is an unwise son; for now he does not present himself at the mouth of the womb.
