Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people;
And behold, two blind men sitting by the roadside, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!”
And Jesus stopped and called them, saying, “What do you want me to do for you?”
And as Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed him, crying aloud, “Have mercy on us, Son of David.”
And those who were in front rebuked him, telling him to be silent; but he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
