At that time Abimelech and Phicol the commander of his army said to Abraham, “God is with you in all that you do;
Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done that of which I have spoken to you.”
The Lord was with Joseph, and he became a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian,
and his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord caused all that he did to prosper in his hands.
“Blessed be the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised; not one word has failed of all his good promise, which he uttered by Moses his servant.
Know then that there shall fall to the earth nothing of the word of the Lord, which the Lord spoke concerning the house of Ahab; for the Lord has done what he said by his servant Elijah.”
(This was the promise of the Lord which he gave to Jehu, “Your sons shall sit upon the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.” And so it came to pass.)
Thus says the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place and upon its inhabitants, all the words of the book which the king of Judah has read.
When you pass through the waters I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.
who confirms the word of his servant, and performs the counsel of his messengers; who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited,’ and of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall be built, and I will raise up their ruins’;
so shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
“Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and his name shall be called Emmanu-el” (which means, God with us).
And he came to her and said, “Hail, O favored one, the Lord is with you!”
And the child grew and became strong in spirit, and he was in the wilderness till the day of his manifestation to Israel.
And the child grew and became strong, filled with wisdom; and the favor of God was upon him.
And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature, and in favor with God and man.
Finally, brethren, farewell. Mend your ways, heed my appeal, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously, you need not be afraid of him.
Not one of all the good promises which the Lord had made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass.

Saul was afraid of David, because the Lord was with him but had departed from Saul.
And David had success in all his undertakings; for the Lord was with him.
And David went out and was successful wherever Saul sent him; so that Saul set him over the men of war. And this was good in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul's servants.
And the Lord visited Hannah, and she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. And the boy Samuel grew in the presence of the Lord.
Now the boy Samuel continued to grow both in stature and in favor with the Lord and with men.
But he said to him, “Behold, there is a man of God in this city, and he is a man that is held in honor; all that he says comes true. Let us go there; perhaps he can tell us about the journey on which we have set out.”
