Who of deceit a worker is in my house shall not dwell; And in my presence shall he not remain that lies doth tell.

He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: He that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

He who works deceit shall not dwell in my house; he who tells lies shall not continue in my presence.

But the person who acts deceitfully won’t stay in my house. The person who tells lies won’t last for long before me.

I have become like a pelican in solitude. I have become like a night raven in a house.
