Or do you despise the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience? Do you not realize that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?


Do we then overthrow the law through this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.


What then? Should we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!


For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters, only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become enslaved to one another.


As servants of God, live as free people, yet do not use your freedom as a pretext for evil.


For certain intruders have stolen in among you, people who long ago were designated for this condemnation as ungodly, who pervert the grace of our God into debauchery and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
