You would call, and I would answer you; you would long for the work of your hands.
Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.
For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever and his faithfulness to all generations.
But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children,
O give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.
He will send from heaven and save me; he will put to shame those who trample on me. Selah God will send forth his steadfast love and his faithfulness.
O Lord, may you ordain peace for us, for indeed, all that we have done, you have done for us.
