Now as he was approaching the path down from the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to praise God joyfully with a loud voice for all the deeds of power that they had seen,
since it was on account of him that many of the Jews were deserting and were believing in Jesus.
The next day the great crowd that had come to the festival heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem.
The Pharisees then said to one another, “You see, you can do nothing. Look, the world has gone after him!”
Jesus did this, the first of his signs, in Cana of Galilee and revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.
A large crowd kept following him because they saw the signs that he was doing for the sick.
