Meanwhile, when the crowd had gathered by the thousands, so that they trampled on one another, he began to speak first to his disciples, “Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees, that is, their hypocrisy.
Once while Jesus was standing beside the Lake of Gennesaret and the crowd was pressing in on him to hear the word of God,
the one who is coming after me; I am not worthy to untie the strap of his sandal.”
Jesus did this, the first of his signs, in Cana of Galilee and revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.
