Who is like your people, like Israel? Is there another nation on earth whose God went to redeem it as a people and to make a name for himself, doing great and awesome things, driving out nations and their gods before your people, whom you redeemed for yourself from Egypt?


Do not be silent, O God of my praise.


They will proclaim the might of your awesome deeds, and I will declare your greatness.


He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his faithful, for the people of Israel who are close to him. Praise the Lord!


Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.


The Lord is my strength and my might, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him; my father’s God, and I will exalt him.


He said, “I hereby make a covenant. Before all your people I will perform marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth or in any nation, and all the people among whom you live shall see the work of the Lord, for it is an awesome thing that I will do with you.


The sun shall no longer be your light by day, nor for brightness shall the moon give light to you by night, but the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.


When you did awesome deeds that we did not expect, you came down; the mountains quaked at your presence.


Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise.


a light for revelation to the gentiles and for glory to your people Israel.”


and the Lord drove out before us all the peoples, the Amorites who lived in the land. Therefore we also will serve the Lord, for he is our God.”


And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God is its light, and its lamp is the Lamb.


Only fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart, for consider what great things he has done for you.
