“You shall not wrong or oppress a resident alien, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt.
You shall allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and for the aliens who reside among you and have fathered children among you. They shall be to you as native-born of Israel; with you they shall be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.
In whatever tribe aliens reside, there you shall assign them their inheritance, says the Lord God.
Instead, love your enemies, do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return. Your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, for he himself is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked.
So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all and especially for those of the family of faith.
