Who can live and never see death? Who can escape the power of Sheol? Selah
It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Messiah.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever disobeys the Son will not see life but must endure God’s wrath.
By faith Enoch was taken so that he did not experience death, and “he was not found, because God had taken him.” For it was attested before he was taken away that “he had pleased God.”
