But God, who consoles the downcast, consoled us by the arrival of Titus,


I am the more eager to send him, therefore, in order that you may rejoice at seeing him again and that I may be less anxious.


May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, because he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chain;


Yes, brother, let me have this benefit from you in the Lord! Refresh my heart in Christ.


I have indeed received much joy and encouragement from your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you, my brother.


Finally, all of you, have unity of spirit, sympathy, love for one another, a tender heart, and a humble mind.
