1 But the firstfruits, which the children of Israel shall vow and offer, I have given to thee, and to thy sons, and to thy daughters, by a perpetual law. He that is clean in thy house, shall eat them.
7 And there were found sons of Levi by their names, Gerson and Caath and Merari.
0 For the firstborn of the children of Israel, one thousand three hundred and sixty-five sicles, according to the weight of the sanctuary,
Neither shall he make himself unclean, even for his father, or for his mother, or for his brother, or for his sister, when they die, because the consecration of his God is upon his head.
8 And I have taken the Levites for all the firstborn of the children of Israel:
2 That being purified they might go into the tabernacle of the covenant to do their services before Aaron and his sons. As the Lord had commanded Moses touching the Levites, so was it done.
For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make a commemoration of you;
3 And keep the commandments of the Lord, and his ceremonies, which I command thee this day, that it may be well with thee?
For if that former had been faultless, there should not indeed a place have been sought for a second.
