1 And he rode upon the cherubims, and flew: and slid upon the wings of the wind.
The sorrows of hell compassed me about; The snares of death prevented me;
The cords of Sheol were entangling me; I encountered the snares of death.
The cords of Sheol were round about me; The snares of death came upon me.
The cords of the grave surrounded me; death’s traps held me tight.
The ropes of Hell have encompassed me. The snares of death have intercepted me.
The cords of hell compassed me: the snares of death prevented me.
4 Their soul shall die in a storm, and their life among the effeminate.
0 I have believed, therefore have I spoken; but I have been humbled exceedingly.
2 I know that the Lord will do justice to the needy, and will revenge the poor.

Go to the ant, O sluggard, and consider her ways, and learn wisdom:
