4 The wicked have drawn out the sword : they have bent their bow. To cast down the poor and needy, to kill the upright of heart.
And thou hast adorned thyself for the king with ointment, and hast multiplied thy perfumes. Thou hast sent thy messengers far off, and wast debased even to hell.
7 And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud, with great power and majesty.
3 And when they were sailing, he slept; and there came down a storm of wind upon the lake, and they were filled, and were in danger.
And having tarried among them no more than eight or ten days, he went down to Caesarea, and the next day he sat in the judgment seat; and commanded Paul to be brought.
3 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing; that you may abound in hope, and in the power of the Holy Ghost.
5 Who shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness to them, and their thoughts between themselves accusing, or also defending one another,
Neither become ye idolaters, as some of them, as it is written: The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

And let him that is instructed in the word, communicate to him that instructeth him, in all good things.

But having suffered many things before, and been shamefully treated (as you know) at Philippi, we had confidence in our God, to speak unto you the gospel of God in much carefulness.

4 And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed:
One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all chastity.

But without faith it is impossible to please God. For he that cometh to God, must believe that he is, and is a rewarder to them that seek him.

For this Melchisedech was king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him:
Now consider how great this man is, to whom also Abraham the patriarch gave tithes out of the principal things.
2 For which cause I will begin to put you always in remembrance of these things: though indeed you know them, and are confirmed in the present truth.

And I saw another sign in heaven, great and wonderful: seven angels having the seven last plagues. For in them is filled up the wrath of God.
1 He, that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches: He that shall overcome, shall not be hurt by the second death.
