The crowds answered, “He is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth in Galilee.”
And the crowds that walked ahead and followed behind Him shouted, “Hosanna to the son of David. They said to Him, “Tell us, by what authority are you doing these things [i.e., miracles and teaching]? Or, who is the one who gave you this authority?”
