So, if you are not able to do even a little thing like that, why are you worrying about the rest?
For all these things are what the [unconverted] nations of the world keep trying to get. But your Father [already] knows you need these things.
Then Jesus said to them, “When I sent you out without a money belt, or traveling bag [i.e., for personal belongings], or sandals, did you lack anything?” And the apostles answered, “[No], nothing.”
