and cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee; for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.


Why do ye persecute me as God, And are not satisfied with my flesh?


Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah; And let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.


He shall receive a blessing from Jehovah, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.


So I let them go after the stubbornness of their heart, That they might walk in their own counsels.


But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them, as Jehovah had spoken.


And Pharaoh hardened his heart this time also, and he did not let the people go.


And Jehovah hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them, as Jehovah had spoken unto Moses.


Let favor be showed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness; in the land of uprightness will he deal wrongfully, and will not behold the majesty of Jehovah.


and I will lay it waste; it shall not be pruned nor hoed; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.


Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.


And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

And even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up unto a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;
