And there shall be a highway for the remnant of His people, those left from Ashshur, as it was for Yisra’ĕl in the day when he came up from the land of Mitsrayim.


From the ends of the earth we shall hear songs, “Splendour to the Righteous One!” But I say, “I waste away, I waste away! Woe to me! The treacherous betray, with treachery the treacherous betray.”


And it shall be that he who is left in Tsiyon and he who remains in Yerushalayim is called set-apart, everyone who is written among the living in Yerushalayim.

“No longer is the sun your light by day, nor does the moon give light to you for brightness, but יהוה shall be to you an everlasting light, and your Elohim your comeliness.


And you shall be a crown of comeliness in the hand of יהוה, and a royal head-dress in the hand of your Elohim.


“And I put a ring on your nose, and earrings in your ears, and a crown of adorning on your head.


“And the leaders of Yehuḏah shall say in their heart, ‘The inhabitants of Yerushalayim are a strength to me, through יהוה of hosts, their Elohim.’


a light for the unveiling of the nations, and the esteem of Your people Yisra’ĕl.”


For this slight momentary pressure is working for us a far more exceeding and everlasting weight of esteem.


And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you shall receive the never-fading crown of esteem.
