The proverbs of Shelomoh son of Dawiḏ, sovereign of Yisra’ĕl:


Proverbs of Shelomoh: A wise son makes a father rejoice, But a foolish son is his mother’s sorrow.


And your poverty shall come, a prowler, And your need like an armed man.
