And the men, sons of Beliya‛al, came in and sat before him. And the men of Beliya‛al witnessed against him, against Naḇoth, in the presence of the people, saying, “Naḇoth has blasphemed Elohim and the sovereign!” So they took him outside the city and stoned him with stones, and he died.


He was oppressed and He was afflicted, but He did not open His mouth. He was led as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, but He did not open His mouth.


And יהוה said to Mosheh, “The man shall certainly be put to death, all the congregation stoning him with stones outside the camp.”


and deliver Him to the nations to mock and to flog and to impale. And the third day He shall be raised.”


“And they took him, and threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him.


You know that after two days the Pĕsaḥ takes place, and the Son of Aḏam is to be delivered up to be impaled.


And when they had mocked Him, they took the purple off Him, and put His own garments on Him, and led Him out to impale Him.


At that time, then, he delivered Him to them to be impaled. And they took יהושע and led Him away.


Then to the taught one He said, “See, your mother!” And from that hour that taught one took her to his own home.


and threw him out of the city and stoned him. And the witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man named Sha’ul.


And so יהושע also suffered outside the gate, to set apart the people with His own blood.
