And having left them He went out of the city to Bĕyth Anyah, and spent the night there.
And יהושע went into Yerushalayim and into the Set-apart Place. And having looked around on all, He went out to Bĕyth Anyah with the twelve, as the hour was already late.
And He led them out as far as Bĕyth Anyah, and lifting up His hands He blessed them.
And see, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knew that יהושע sat at the table in the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster flask of perfume.
And a certain one was sick, El‛azar from Bĕyth Anyah, the village of Miryam and her sister Martha.
And when He had said this, He cried with a loud voice, “El‛azar, come out!”
And he who died came out bound feet and hands with wrappings, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. יהושע said to them, “Loosen him, and let him go.”
Now the Pĕsaḥ of the Yehuḏim was near, and many went from the country up to Yerushalayim before the Pĕsaḥ, to set themselves apart.
On the next day a great crowd who had come to the festival, when they heard that יהושע was coming to Yerushalayim,
And there were certain Greeks among those coming up to worship at the festival.
Then a great crowd of the Yehuḏim learned that He was there. And they came, not on account of יהושע only, but also to see El‛azar, whom He had raised from the dead.
