But יהוה plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Aḇram’s wife.
And now, return the man’s wife, for he is a prophet, and let him pray for you and you live. But if you do not return her, know that you shall certainly die, you and all that are yours.
And יהוה saw that Lĕ’ah was unloved, and He opened her womb, but Raḥĕl was barren.
so that they bring pleasing offerings to the Elah of heaven, and pray for the life of the sovereign and his sons.

יהוה is far from the wrong ones, But He hears the prayer of the righteous.
The slaughtering of the wrong ones Is an abomination to יהוה, But the prayer of the straight is His delight.
Thus said יהוה, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl, and his Maker, “Do you ask Me about My sons what is to come? And about the work of My hands do you command Me?
And Mosheh cried out to יהוה, saying, “O Ěl, please heal her, please!”
Then the people came to Mosheh, and said, “We have sinned, for we have spoken against יהוה and against you. Pray to יהוה to take away the serpents from us.” So Mosheh prayed on behalf of the people.
“Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you.
“And likewise, all the prophets who have spoken, from Shemu’ĕl and those following, have also announced these days.
Do not worry at all, but in every matter, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to Elohim.
Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, so that you are healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous one accomplishes much.
