“For He whom Elohim has sent speaks the Words of Elohim, for Elohim does not give the Spirit by measure.
For Elohim has shut them all up to disobedience, in order to have compassion on all.
And we know that whatever the Torah says, it says to those who are in the Torah, so that every mouth might be stopped, and all the world come under judgment before Elohim.
Why, then, the Torah? It was added because of transgressions, until the Seed should come to whom the promise was made. And it was ordained through messengers in the hand of a mediator.
Say to me, you who wish to be under Torah, do you not hear the Torah?
In belief all these died, not having received the promises, but seeing them from a distance, welcomed and embraced them, and confessed that they were aliens and strangers on the earth.
