“But I acted for My Name’s sake, that it should not be profaned before the eyes of the nations among whom they were – before whose eyes I had made Myself known to them, to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim.
Because יהוה was not able to bring this people to the land which He swore to give them, therefore He slew them in the wilderness.’
