These spirits are believed to influence the dreams of their targets, causing recurring themes such as eating, engaging in sexual activities, being pursued by an animal, looking into a mirror, grooming one’s hair, seeing one’s shadow, or observing the moon.

The fundamental question remains: is there biblical validation for the concept of monitoring spirits? The answer is no. The Bible acknowledges the existence of the spiritual realm, encompassing both angelic and demonic beings, and it is conceivable that both angels and demons can observe us to some extent.
