Jerusalem named one of World’s greatest places to visit

The Tower of David Museum of Jerusalem is one of the greatest places in the world to visit, as it was featured by TIME magazine.

Being one of the top 50 places to visit around the world, this iconic historic structure in Jerusalem offers a 360 degree view of the city.

The title was given to it a few months before The Tower of David Museum announced that it would reopen on June 1, 2023, after a three-year, $50 million renewal and conservation project,

The renovations include, among other things, a cable car, elevators, access ramps, and the preservation and conservation of the historic citadel and archaeological park.

The addition of 10 new exhibition galleries allows the sharing of the ancient stories of Jerusalem while utilizing cutting-edge technology and historic ancient artifacts.

«The locations must be enthralling, exciting, and offer new or advanced experiences to meet the criteria for TIME,» according to the outlet.

Their list is wide and varied. Jerusalem is listed among the other destinations including Kyoto in Japan, Musanze in Rwanda, Giza and Saqqara in Egypt, Ladakh in India and Aqaba in Jordan.
