But pastor Telmo Martinello is in the news due to the “inclusion” in his ministerial actions.

His videos on social media go viral because they bring deep emotions, seeing the effort of a pastor to learn “sign language” to baptize his sheep with hearing impairment.

He baptizes and also performs marriages using the same form of communication with those who have that condition in his church, bringing to the reflection of many of those who follow him on social media on how much we really do for a person to reach the feet of Christ. Being an inclusive church does not refer to genres like the current culture trend shares; but to the ability of the church to prepare its members so they are ready to serve the best way to people who have  some kind of disability for them to know about the Gospel, too. It means that the church reaches out and brings the message of salvation to any type of person which allows them to know Jesus as their only and sufficient savior and continue walking in his path.
