Thou sayest, (but they are but vain words,) I have counsel and strength for the war. Now on whom dost thou trust, that thou rebellest against me?
Where no counsel is, the people fall: But in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.
Without counsel purposes are disappointed: But in the multitude of counsellors they are established.
For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: And in multitude of counsellors there is safety.
