The Lord questions the just and the impious. Yet he who loves iniquity, hates his own soul.
The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup. It is you who will restore my inheritance to me.
From those who resist your right hand, preserve me like the pupil of your eye. Protect me under the shadow of your wings,
And you have said: "I will be a noblewoman forever." You have not set these things upon your heart, and you have not remembered your end.
