Jeremiah 13:7
10 Mga Krus na Reperensya

We have all become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous deeds are like a filthy cloth. We all fade like a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.

This evil people, who refuse to hear my words, who stubbornly follow their own will and have gone after other gods to serve them and worship them, shall be like this loincloth, which is good for nothing.

And after many days the Lord said to me, “Go now to the Euphrates, and take from there the loincloth that I commanded you to hide there.”

Then the word of the Lord came to me:

All have turned aside, together they have become worthless; there is no one who shows kindness, there is not even one.”

Formerly he was useless to you, but now he is indeed useful both to you and to me.
