I have not departed from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured in my bosom the words of his mouth.


How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!


I treasure your word in my heart, so that I may not sin against you.


Oh, how I love your law! It is my meditation all day long.


More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey, and drippings of the honeycomb.


Moreover by them is your servant warned; in keeping them there is great reward.

He said to me: Mortal, go to the house of Israel and speak my very words to them.


and let the one who believes in me drink. As the scripture has said, ‘Out of the believer's heart shall flow rivers of living water.’ ”


Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God.
