But the wicked are like the tossing sea that cannot keep still; its waters toss up mire and mud.
Their end is destruction; their god is the belly; and their glory is in their shame; their minds are set on earthly things.
But wicked people and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived.
These are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm; for them the deepest darkness has been reserved.
And the angels who did not keep their own position, but left their proper dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains in deepest darkness for the judgment of the great Day.
