Solomon slept with his ancestors and was buried in the city of his father David; and his son Rehoboam succeeded him.


Then David slept with his ancestors, and was buried in the city of David.


It was Jozacar son of Shimeath and Jehozabad son of Shomer, his servants, who struck him down, so that he died. He was buried with his ancestors in the city of David; then his son Amaziah succeeded him.


They made a conspiracy against him in Jerusalem, and he fled to Lachish. But they sent after him to Lachish, and killed him there.


All the people of Judah took Azariah, who was sixteen years old, and made him king to succeed his father Amaziah.


So Joram slept with his ancestors, and was buried with them in the city of David; his son Ahaziah succeeded him.


His officers carried him in a chariot to Jerusalem, and buried him in his tomb with his ancestors in the city of David.


He was thirty-two years old when he began to reign; he reigned eight years in Jerusalem. He departed with no one's regret. They buried him in the city of David, but not in the tombs of the kings.
