For this woman, having put this perfume on My body, she did it for My burial.
For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
In pouring this perfume on My body she has done something to prepare Me for My burial.
For in that she poured this ointment upon my body, she did it to prepare me for burial.
By pouring this perfume over my body she’s prepared me to be buried.
For in pouring this ointment on my body, she has prepared for my burial.
For she in pouring this ointment upon my body, hath done it for my burial.
This woman did what she could; she undertook beforehand to anoint My body for burial.
Now when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, so that they might come and anoint Him.
Then they returned and prepared spices and perfumes. And they rested on the Sabbath, according to the commandment.
But Jesus said, "Let her alone; she has kept this for the day of My burial.
