For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and to another, 'Come,' and he comes; and to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it."
And when the demon was cast out, the mute spoke. And the crowds marveled, saying, "It was never seen like this in Israel!"
And when the unclean spirit threw him into a convulsion, and crying out with a loud voice, came out from him.
And immediately the report of Him went out into the whole surrounding region of Galilee.
And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus, answering again, says to them, "Children, how difficult it is for those who trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!
Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going ahead of them; and they were astonished, and as they were following they were afraid. And taking the twelve aside again, He began to tell them the things which were about to happen to Him.
And entering into the tomb, they saw a young man sitting on the right clothed with a white robe, and they were alarmed.
But he said to them, "Do not be alarmed. You are seeking Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has arisen! He is not here! See the place where they put Him.
And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
And amazement came upon all, and they spoke among themselves, saying, "What is this word! For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out."
And having called together the twelve, He gave them power and authority over all demons, and to heal diseases.
And taking hold of him, they brought him to the Areopagus, saying, "Are we able to know what this new doctrine is you speak about?
