Hushai said, “You know that your father and his men are mighty men, and that they are enraged, like a bear robbed of her cubs in the field. Besides, your father is expert in war; he will not spend the night with the people.


And he turned around, and when he saw them, he cursed them in the name of the Lord. And two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys.


An evil man seeks only rebellion, and a cruel messenger will be sent against him.


A stone is heavy, and sand is weighty, but a fool’s provocation is heavier than both.


Like a roaring lion or a charging bear is a wicked ruler over a poor people.


If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet.
